TAPTES have 3 different shipping methods: free shipping (unregistered mail or ocean shipping), standard shipping (Special Air Line), upgraded shipping (Express Shipping). International shipping rates may vary based on item type, quantity, the total weight of your order and the destination's postal code.
All items sold at TAPTES are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days (90 days for Argentina, South Africa and all orders shipped with European Railway Direct Mail.) And all +orders shipped from the US, EU and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 15-20 days (30 days for orders shipped to Canada).

3. Large Item Shipping Arrangement

If your item arrived damaged/defective, please send us a very clear picture or video of the damaged through Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and give us 6 business days for us to file a claim with the carrier. Once it's approved, we would send you a brand new replacement. If your item arrived is defective and you want to request a refund or a replacement, simply send an Email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with picture or video of the damaged. We will issue your request as soon as receiving your email.
To return a product for a non-quality issue requires you to pay the shipping fee for the return. Besides, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected by us, we will refund your purchase price, excluding the 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For items that are made to order, TAPTES will not accept return or refund request for non-quality issues.
Shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes at your country. As we're located at Hong Kong, shipping internationally to your country does mean that you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs duties within their own country. For further information, you may contact our sales.
If the order has been returned due to wrong shipping address, incomplete shipping address, recipient unavailable, unclaimed at local service point/post office after notified, or any other similar reasons, to re ship the returned item(s), you must pay the shipping fee. If you want to cancel the returned item(s), you must pay the shipping fee and 20% stocking fee.
If your order arrived with some items missing, first, please kindly refer your order status page to check which items should be included in the package, because we,usually ship your order separately if you order multiple items due to,international shipment dimension limitation. These made-to-order seat covers are custom-built to your specific configuration, therefore, we do not accept returns on our seat covers. However, we will gladly exchange or fix any defect in workmanship. Please note: We understand many of customers pre-order accessories prior to the arrival of your Tesla. Kindly inspect each box within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the integrity of your order. Please contact us no later 72 hours if what you received has a workmanship defect.
Any TAPTES product that uses a double sided tapes may be returned only if the tape has not been removed. Once the tape has been removed for one piece of a multi-piece product, it may not be returned and no refund or replacement will be offered. Therefore, please be certain that you’re satisfied with the look and style of the product BEFORE you remove the adhesive backing tape.

A: Regarding the return policy, if it is not because of quality problems, we generally do not provide returns since our company is located in Hong Kong, shipping abroad is more expensive, please understand.

Q: Does Model S Center Console Insert support qi wireless charging?
A: No, if you need qi wireless charging function, you can choose TAPTES another product Qi wireless box to buy together. Not perfectly match with Qi wireless charger box for Model S, you can use our Qi charger, but then cannot close the console front cover like the 2017 Model S Center Console.
Q: Does your Model S Center Console fit the wireless charging box?
A: We generally don't recommend using the center console insert and wireless charger box together because one customer feedback says that when the car makes a sharp turn, the wireless charging box will move out of the CCI Cover rails.
Q: Does your storage box with the cup holder can fit with your Tesla Model S center console insert?
A: The console can fit into the CCI, but our CCI sliding door is manual, so CCI sliding door cannot close. Normally, most Tesla owners do not close the sliding door while driving as it's convenient for them to take the items.
Q: Does your T-Box Wireless Charging Organizer Box With Cup Holder fit with the $449 center console you sell?
A: Yes, the T-Box can fit with the CCI we sell, but the sliding door can not close and T-Box is designed for the Model S 2016-2019 with Center Console and Model X.
Q: Will the Tesla Model S Center Console fit in the right-hand-drive version of the Model S (for Model S owners in England, Australia, Hong Kong and other RHD countries)?

A: No special tools or expertise are required. The CCI has been designed for easy installation.
Q: I ordered the center console insert for my 2015 Model S. Do you guys recommend removing the "yacht floor" prior to installing. I've read that some people have installed it with the yacht floor in place and have been successful. I was just wondering if it would fit better with the yacht floor removed or should I leave it in place?
A: Hi, we've also installed the CCI with the yacht floor before, it works great as well, so you can also do that. But we recommend you remove the yacht floor to install it, then you can install the CCI easily, it depends on you.
